Possible Bug: Missiles won't go into the launch bay

I can't get missiles to go into the launch bay. I try to drag them from my cargo hold to the Launch Bay and they just won't go. They seem to want to go into the slot for the radiator.

there's two different launcher types. the missile racks go into the operated launcher bay. the other ones go into the aux slot where the radiator also goes.

You are correct, but I don't remember it being like that. I'm using the Firebrand and I can't put the missiles in the radiator because then that defeats the point of the Firebrand. They should make it so that missiles always go in the launch bay - or either slot.

Well, you have the Missile Rack which goes to the Launch Bay and needs crew to work. And then there are Missile Pods that go to the Ext. Attachment. Those are different kinds of equipment. I guess what makes it look wrong is that both launch missiles, but I don't see anything problematic with this.
