I'm running Ventura, i7 4 ghz, 32 gb of ram, radeon 4gb, ssd.... The game ran fine last year... Please optimize it already, because what has changed from last december until now is pathetic.
My low spec mac testing device is a 2020 M1 mac mini with 8gb of ram. On that computer, Kind Words 2 runs at a steady 60fps in HD resolution and between 40 and 60 fps in 4k resolution.
Edit: Also, if your "minimum" testing device for Mac, doesn't even coincide with the "minimum" system requirements for Mac that is listed on the store page, which I'll post here to refresh your memory:
MINIMUM:
OS: macOS Big Sur 11 and later
Processor: Both
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Metal capable Intel and AMD GPUs
Storage: 2 GB available space
then you are basically screwing over everyone that is relying on this minimum spec to know whether they should buy the game, or have previously bought it under this requirement. Both myself, and the original poster, have purchased this game under this criteria... so for you to RUG us, and release updates that work on an M1 level Mac, is pretty underhand if you don't test on the "minimum" requirements...
