I find the very first mission is almost my favorite. I'm not really a fan of the "don't knock anyone out" missions so those are at the bottom and I really hate the final mission. Not enough water arrows to take all the robots out and basically no loot to find.
And Trail of Blood is higher up on my list just because I think it was nice to have one weird mission in the game. I thought there were too many of those in the first game.
Now you're making me want to play again :-D
Absolutely love your list, and I full heartily agree about Trail of Blood. It was a total 180 to everything that has came before, and I felt was a sort of blast from the past with a lot of the elements from TDP present with that one. I personally liked the last mission but I totally agree with your points, but as I am a person who usually goes through the levels leaving everyone untouched I didn't find the lack of water arrows a problem for me.
Had to laugh. Sabotage at Soulforge is definitely a marmite mission which you either like or dislike. Personally, I found it a chore so it would be just above the bottom 3 in my list.
I definitely found it a chore at times, but overall i enjoyed it. It definitely isn't the best mission, but I can appreciate it for what it tries to do. It's decently challenging for the most part, but I do agree it could've been so much better and less tedious.
2- Blackmail
3- Life of the Party
4- First City Bank & Trust
5- Masks
6- Trail of Blood
7- Sabotage at Soulforge
8- Shipping... And Receiving
9- Running Interference
10- Framed
11- Ambush

15- Tracing the Courier
The last two shouldn't even exist.
Oh absolutely, the dialogue in these games, and especially this mission, are a highlight for sure.
Yeah I mostly agree with what you said, minus kidnapped. I personally think it's very creative in what it expects of you to do. Reusing a Thief Gold map is very up to debate tho, but I think they changed it enough to keep you on your toes. It honestly feels like I'm playing a Thief version of a Hitman level and I love it.
I totally agree with you tho on the other maps, they're pretty bare bones and lack a lot of creativity and challenge compared to the others.
