Report a translation problem
These files can be opened as zip files. In the mesh.crf file, you can find his model (for 3rd person). As for the obj.crf, this is where you can find his two models that are used for the scouting orb POV. The txt16 folder will have Garrett's textures.
For the model in the mesh.crf, the file name is garrett.bin
(this is for if you want to see Garrett in 3rd person for things like making some conversations or scripting scenes like some FM authors like me do.)
As for his models in the obj.crf file, there are two different ones. The first one is garstd.bin (him standing), and the second one is garcrh.bin (him crouching).
But I'm guessing you just want to change his texture a bit. If that's the case, you can find it in the txt16 folder of both of the crf files. They will be labled as garrett.gif
