Some things just take too long and really slow down the game play. For example right now I'm fighting the "Hybrid Horror" and every turn you have to wait for his photosynthesize to finish. After he's done it a dozen times it drives you crazy. Every skill takes too long. That silly pointless face zoom in with the same exact sound effects no matter what skill it is.
