That's what I thought. :D You'll need some of this stuff later in the game, like Cuban cigars, polyesther and stuff, but NOT to upgrade the hideout.

I so hope nobody sold her instead of upgrading the structure of his hideout.

To be true I didn't remember needing one of these. But now it was needed.

As far as I can remember I got one as a mission reward and found one somewhere.

But you'll get the option to buy one when you upgrade 'Structure'.

But ... you may be right. The pitcher was needed for upgrading the hideout's structure, as far as I can remember.

you can litterally buy one in the barter part of the terminal when buying things

as far as i know they are only highlighter for the current upgrade you need
