you need an adrenaline injector to revive your teammate, you can buy it from UICS tier 2 (i don't know if this is the name of the trader), you can even find it with challenge.

i don't know, i play solo, but i think you need to have the adrenaline on the rig in medic space (the adrenaline use 2 slots) and you need have to interact with the body of your teammate.
