16GB DDR4 RAM
Ryzen 3200G radeon vega graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR5

I got a RTX 4080, I7 13700k and 128gb of ram DDR5 5600 mhz and I get about 75 fps on everything maxed 1440p

I'm on a 1070 and a 4th gen intel, i5-4690K. Runs at 30 for me on low >_>

Resolution scaling. It defaulted to me to 80 or so. Raise it back up. At the moment the game also uses TAA/TSR which can cause ghosting and blur without a sharpening option. FXAA and Off makes the game crash so right now you're SOL. It looks fine to me, what I expect from low settings in general.

I'm more a function over form guy so I generally don't care about looks much. I think FOR the looks on low, it should run better though.

yeah I noticed the resolution scaling being all the way down. But I couldn't find a sweetspot setting, it either looks like a game from 2010 or I can barely move. There has to be a setting between ultra resolution textures and the original Doom.
