Full console command list? Restock trader command?

This game is very promising. But I do not like how the trader will not restock even if you log out and reboot the game. You have to get extractions in, just to restock the trader a small amount each extraction. This is not how it should be, the trader should restock on its own, frequently regardless of extractions.

Does anyone know where we can get a full list of console commands, or at least a command to restock the trader? Thanks.
