Recoil is best compared to itself. if you modify a weapon and that number changes, that does mean something. Two exceptions: Kriss Vector has special recoil-reduction system and the recoil value is basically zero; AK74 can reach near 0 "recoil" but basically the actual recoil is about the same from 25 to 0. "True recoil" is represented in two things: shake and muzzle climb. Some guns have significant climb but no shake (such as MP5), while some has lots of shake but nearly no climb (such as highly modified AK74)
Ergo effects "true ergo" which according to dev themselves, is the combined result of:
1. Ergo value
2. weapon weight
3. weapon length
4. some attachments have hidden buff such as FSR2 angled foregrip
True ergo in turn affects two things:
1. how long you can aim down sight
2. how fast you switch between aim/not aim down sight.
accuracy is weapon's "spread". mrad is miliradian (1/1000 of one radian)
Sighting range: ignore it.
Muzzle velocity is in m/s but it say m/h. aside from bullet speed it also very slightly affect damage.
