Speaking of illuminated reticles, they are very thick and make it hard to precisely target, especially at range.
The tablet is like that since it's a light source, I guess realism takes priority in this game.
Yes I'm hoping so, for now it's daytime missions only.
As far as night vision and maps go, a tablet screen would completely overwhelm an image intensifier.
To set up night ops properly, put a PEC on your firearm and set the laser to IR (in game IR is the "thinner" beam when you have goggles on). PEC's also has an IR flashlight which can be used in dark rooms with NV for invisible flashlights. It'd be nice if they offered a dark range similar to Ground Branch so you can test night gear setups... Would love to see that addition!
As for the tablet, I think it would be nice if, when open the tablet while you have NV on, have it toggle the NV for you (both off and on) as a QOL addition to the game.
