In-Game Chat Function, Voice-Chat

I would love it more if we can have a in-game chat/voicechat func in the game, it's pretty hard to play with randos in that manner of game

Use Steam in game chat, or Discord. Not always a fan of chat option in games.

I agree. A pve game with zero options to communicate is a really weird decision by the devs

he propose a suggestion and its a good idea, almost all of game this type had a voice chat or text . this game need this

Sure. Besides, I have yet to experience a "in game chat" feature that works as well as Discord, or even Team Speak. Just not a high prioroty for what this game needs.
