Second world boss is simply too difficult.

I've loved this game ever since it was featured on GX Games, and I've poured a ton of time into the demo here on Steam already. However I think the 2nd boss needs to be toned down immensely. In four hours of the demo I've only managed to cheese it once, with a Ladder + Builder build and even then it only died to my chest tower after a Thief tower buff.

I think the gameplay loop is really satisfying and addictive, but the inherent rng you're stuck with makes it very difficult to scale hard enough to outdamage the boss's health gain. Either nerf his base health or leave it as is/possibly buff it, and just don't give him the regen effect. I don't think this is a case of git gud but it's just so annoying to finally get a cool build like Cow + Milk + Cat + Parmesan + Coffee and other comps like that, and just have them instantly crumble. I'm interested to see how everyone else feels about this.

I actually have the opposite problem most of my runs either end at the first boss or go all the way.
The first boss is basically a checkpoint to make sure you didn't just buy support towers (though level 3 thief flanked by 2 chests does make it pretty easy).
2nd boss is there to test if you build is scaling well. If you have at least 1 tower with 100+ HP and attack you're usually fine

The second boss requires you at least raising one tower to a high value, as the first boss only asks you to make total towers ATK higher than 100. Therefore, if you want to clear 2nd boss easily, try to find a tower with high potential and spend resources on it. As my recommendation, try 2 milk/cat/glass(or guardian or whatever tower helps you clear 1st boss). This is the very basic build that all core towers included are common.
