Thanks again for all your hard work.
I know about this, but it's far from done. And it messes up some objects like the blackjack that comes with the tafferpatcher. Sadly i don't know how to fix this. Still, it looks very good, almost stock like.
@Gurke
Did you modify your cam_mod.ini? You can just rename the file to EP instead of EP2 and drop it into your MODS folder. It should work right away if you have tfix installed. Make sure to backup the original EP file.
I didn't test both mods so i don't know if they can be combined flawlessly.
ArmSw2.bin
ArmSw2.cal
BJACHAND.bin
BJACHAND.cal
conswd.bin
conswd.cal
that ought to do it. I will create a better solution for TFix, and share it with the TafferPatcher team as well.
The door should look like this:

It's the best version of this door. At the moment you have to live with that ;)
Thank you. I just tried it and it seems to work. But now i have another problem in Thief 1. The normal sword looks well enough, it's the correct model and everything. But the sword Constantine gives you won't show up. The selection model shows a brand new sword, but the in-game sword looks like the one when you apply TFIX.
I even tried to remove everything from the mods folder, then it loads the default thief 1 con sword which looks even uglier. I tried this with a brand unmodified EP2 file. So i didn't remove anything from it. And one more thing, do i need to remove the previous EP that comes with tfix/tafferpatcher, or does EP2 load over it?
Well... that explains everything. I thought EP2 would greatly improve those textures, but it seems not to be the case. Nevertheless thanks, at least I know for sure now that everything is set up correctly.
no need to remove anything, it should work right out of the box. with the exception of the EP2 sword and blackjack, those need to be removed manually at the moment.
