Are relatively easy. You can use the jump to next mission cheat if you get stuck anywhere.
It's basically like the harder levels of Thief 1 or 2, nothing really crazy though
Anyway, I really wouldn't skip the mod because of this. Where's the sporting spirit? See it as a challenge. 😉
I think the best fan MISSION is Scarlet Cascabel though.
I have a hard time picking favorites but The Scarlet Cascabel was indeed a 10/10 fm for me, def will be replaying it sometime in the future.
Seven Sisters - Small town under qurantine featuring a zombified Jenivere and a very helpful Basso
Sturmdrang Peak- Castle under siege w/ Lovecraftian theme
The Scarlet Cascabel - Indiana Jones and The Shiníng combined
The Sword of the Stone - Cheesy villian to revolutionze the security industry of the city
Rose Garden - Cabelistic assassination plot, tribute to the likes of Club Dumas/Foucault's Pendulum/Da Vinci Code
Mega campaigns often sticks too close to TDP format and pays too much fan service...The world Thief is much large than just Glyphs and Keepers, and Garret doesn't need to save the world every time.
The one thing I found that Black Parade's missions suffer from is the size. They're almost all too large. It becomes cumbersome to explore and to manage the navigation, when the missions are all super HUGE. Plus, you get tired and overwhelmed at some point.
There has been a trend to super HUGE missions for quite a while now. While it's surely impressive that FM authors manage that kind of complexity, I don't think it always helps gameplay, to say the least.
