Thanks, that advice is pure gold, starting to make progress now.
Feels a little cheap though, but then again moving on certain surfaces is irritatingly noisy whereas on wood and stone you can pretty much run past everybody unnoticed.
I´m currently playing "Thief 2" and having a blast so far. Maplayout is alot more grounded all the places feel real and it´s great fun exploring, finding secrets and approachging the objectives from different ways though it does lack a bit of the originals atmosphere.
Gameplay wise I prefer the second as of now and I highly doubt I´ll enjoy the new one as much.
"Bonehoard" was really confusing for me though.
Probably will come back after I´ve completed "Thief 2", now that I´ve gotten more used to the mechanics and utilizing the compass and gear to greater effect.
