Miasma fx
Miasma fx is really disorienting, for anyone else? Especially horrible in combination in the dark. Very dizzying.

Are you talking about the red mist effect for Miasma or did you mean the insanity effect that happens when you enter the dark in general? Because we're currently working on an alternative for the insanity effect when you enter the dark because we noticed a few people get disoriented from it.
However, I wasn't aware the Miasma red mist causes disorientation as well so we'll definitely look into that if that's what you meant!

It's not the miasma by itself, but a combination with the insanity. Even with insanity lowered all the way, there is some disorientation and discomfort. One of my friends was very queasy and vomited.

We are hoping you will reduce the disorientation/fix this in some way as we really like the game.

Ok, roger that. We'll work on that as soon as we can. We're 100% introducing an alternative insanity effect option very soon so look forward to that, it could help a bit for now. It might take as a bit longer for the Miasma mist vfx but we'll look into reworking it soon-ish too. I didn't like it that much anyway haha.

Sorry about your friend. Just wanna say we definitely want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy the game and accessibility is a high priority for us for sure. If you need any other accessibility settings please don't shy away from telling us and we'll put that on our high priority list along with the current concern. You can also stay tuned in the discord to get notified when we patch that in. Really hope your friend feels better now (and you too!) 🙏
