Hey there!

Just letting everyone know that the development for URBANO - Legends' Debut is going smoothly as expected!

If you haven't heard from the game in a while, I recommend checking my Twitter account (I guess they call it X now, huh). I often post new content we're developing for the game there.

I also post a development summary every month here! It's our Kickstarter page, but the dev summaries are open for everyone to read!

Content is also often posted in our Discord[discord.com] server, where people discuss about the demo, post fanart and more!

Nice aestetics and characters, bad gameplay

So, the games looks good and the characters are fun, but i'm not too happy with gameplay. First, it feels sluggish and unresponsive. In combat everything moves like in butter and there's little feedback to successful hits. Not to mention there's this weird control lock after certain actions. Like, if you jumped, you can't hit for a few hundreds milliseconds. Or in hanging out the square appears and moves slowly, making it actually harder to hit, which is only negated by how generous the timing is. Secon...

Steam says the game wasn't made for controllers.

I had a bunch of demos I was looking through and started noticing some of the stats claimed they didn't use controllers so I deleted them because I don't use Keyboard for gaming. But I decided to take a quick look to just make sure and apparently it does.
