How to purchase / link vRP from steam wallet???

How am I supposed to get vRP?

I purchased 10 Euro into my steam wallet. But vRP are still showing only 35 vRP.
If I click on vRP button at the top (browser or game store, doesn't matter), I get two buttons.

1. Redeem code
2. Transaction history
below is only the Option to Change currency.

I can't select any vRP packages, because there are none.

I tried that on two different machines both with IE and Firefox.

Any help please.

The steam wallet Shows 10 Euro, so the money is there and available.

Go ahead to checkout and it will take you to steam where you should be bale to use your Euro10.00

I think they got rid of vRP packages to buy. Instead you can put whatever you want in your car and get a small discount based on how expensive the stuff is that you buy. It also seems to account for the items that you already own and gives a further discount on packs, containing stuff you own.

true aparently the vrp are gone just add the pack o car you want, show vrp price but when you hit the buy buton appear the price in dolars, like the adac gt 2013 with my discount say 937vrp (i think) total to pay 10.10usd

the dtm 90s not matter what still says 999vrp
