Can't you use the on screen HUD display?
I use an app (DashMeterPro) on a tablet for all the info available.
I am currently Driving the Mustang I purchased so maybe each car's HUD is positioned different?
You can turn the screen HUD on in the HUD settings and toggle it with ''7'' key on top of the keyboard.
Normally you only have an eye on the Revs and gears.
I wish I could make the font a bit larger on the speedometers when my seat is back and I want to see my rearview and driver side mirror for racing. I use the hud but it gets annoying sometimes. FOV seems to put me so far forward, then I have to back the seat up all the way back for what I like.
you should try what Peter said. you should try DashMeterPro if you have a tablet or smartphone. the free version is really all you need.
Roger will try

In some cars I like to have the seat quite high, and then the wheel is blocking the dashboard..
Personally I would center it on the bottom of my screen. It is just easier for me to glance down quickly than it is to glance down and right. It takes far too much of my concentration away from my control of the car. And for this simulation in particular (I race on "Lets get Real" difficulty), loss of an instant of concentration results in a mistake.
