can't login in raceroom

i've recently downloaded and installed R3E i tried to log into the game but it give me user already associated
i preput that i have bought dtm experience.
what i have to do?

Sounds like you might have 2 accounts or used R3E with another steam account. To de-associate your account please do the following.

- Please log in at game.raceroom.com.
- Go to account settings (top right)
- At the bottom of account settings, select Switch Accounts. Confirm.
- Your R3E is now de-associated from your Steam
- Launch the game to re-associate your accounts.

You bought the dlc on another Steam account. You cannot change that.

Hi

a friend want to play R3E but he getts the Error 2210 and cant login. On the Website he can login and all is fine. He remembers that he had first downloadet the game last year and had the same problem. He deleated the r3e files under documents but it wont help. Im searching the www for this error and found this.
If someone knows how to fix it, it would be nice to hear.

2022 and the issue is the same. I've played this game before few years ago, redownloaded now to play with friends but can't even register properly, it says my e-mail is already taken. 13 years with this Steam account and 16 years with the same e-mail account, but I guess something as simple as account validations must be hard...
