Windscreen is too dirty and can't clean

I've tried everything and I still can't do long races because of the debris build up. There is no option for turning on the the windshield wipers and no clean option in my pitstop strategy. I primarily drive the McLaren 720s GT4. I play on a Lenovo thinkpad t540p. Let me know if it's the car or my game.

yes, both these options (wipers all time and pitstop cleaning) really make sense into a racing simulation imo..
