Launch error

Every time I try to launch the game, it runs for 1 second and shuts down, and never opens a window. My PC exceeds the recommended system requirements, and my files are all validated.

Which version are you using?
Raceroom doesn't start up for me either when I select DXVK, but DX9 does work.

Think you need Resizable BAR enabled in the bios, for DXVK

My motherboard is an ASUS P8P67 Deluxe (Sandy Bridge era) and would need a UEFI bios mod to support Resizable Bar, not sure I want to go into that sort of adventure.

dxvk will launch without resizable bar ; it does so on my machine as my material is too old for this in the bios and card non supported

just run in normal start mode
