it is mostly used to put players in order in splits for special big events
rating is safety rating
rookie pretty much means danger! :)
basically dont worry about ranking for now just improve and get better and it will take care of itself :)
saftey rating , some races will have a minimum and if your rating is bad u wouldny get in
so try to stay on track no spin and not hitting people and avoid them hitting u :)
then thhat ratimg will improve letting u into safer races where that is set but willl stop u entering the rookie races probaly!

oh dont worry about fast ones beating you, that is expected by the system and doesnt hurt your rating severely
