Brands Hatch - Why only one variant?
I expected it to be the Indy and GP variants.

Seeing as chargeable, I expected more (rightly/wrongly).

Afaik it was a licensing issue...sounds mad cause if you have the Indy license it shouldn't be a problem to get the GP too, but Indy could be licensed as it is part of the DTM calendar and by that part of the DTM license. Sadly no series fully licensed so far features Brands GP, but I'm still positive for it to be added sooner or later.
Although I must admit I'm more looking forward to Nordschleife, Spa and Imola (which has not been confirmed so far but is a must have from my pov).

Christian can you explain a little further this part please;

"Sadly no series fully licensed so far features Brands GP"
HarrierDuBois Jun 12, 2015 @ 4:43pm
If a series is fully licensed it is being published as an experience, so until now DTM and ADAC are the only ones fully licensed. WTCC used to run a race on Imola, the last one was in 2009 I think, and lately it has only been used by FSAA and ELMS: http://www.racingsportscars.com/track/archive/Imola.html so if we were to fully license WTCC 2009 or FSAA or ELMS we'd get all the tracks those run/ran on.
Sadly FSAA and ELMS feature loads of Porsches and Ferraris, so Idk if that might ever happen.

But this is not to say that tracks like Imola or Brands GP might not find their way into the game, even if not being part of a fully licensed series those are tracks many people would love to see and individual licenses can be negotiated nevertheless.

It was originally part of the DTM series, so they only made that layout.

I really hope they can license the GP layout at Brands Hatch, the current one is so short!

Another vote for Imola, love that track!

Yeah, the indy circuit is pretty garbage. You have the first left hander but the rest of that circuit is pretty dull. I love the full circuit though, that back stretch is great.

Thanks Christian there is far more to it than one might think :-/

Please amend the track content description for DTM Experience 2013.

It just says Brands Hatch , I assumed it was the full layout not just the indy.

Purchased a few hours ago for Brands, bit disappointed.
Got it cheap in the sale and rest of the content is good, so that takes the sting out of it
a bit.

You get the exact DTM content, and, to my total amazement, they race the Indy layout, not GP, no clue as to why, makes no sense to me.

The way I see it there might be one little point of reconcilitaion perhaps: If Brands GP is to be included those who own the Indy layout should get GP for free as an additional layout.

AFAIK They raced the Indy circuit because of noise restrictions using the GP layout. They are very strict with when the GP layout is used. There is a massive housing estate near the GP circuit if you look on Google maps, same with Assen's noise restrictions and the church with races being held usually on a Saturday instead of a Sunday :)
