Thanks all for your help! I made temps drop with v-sync on...it seems that is the only reason for cpu to go crazy. Same thing happened with LMU. I'll try that framerate cap in ctl panel and turning off the v-sync.
Hi and thanks to you also! I have profile in my afterburner too. It was a huge success because now my gpu temps are at 77-80c max.
I did this and at first I noticed no difference..it was still hovering in 177-190fps and cpu was burning hot. Then I noticed that in game folder there was a another .exe..it was that dvxk 64bit .exe and I added that too to my profile in nvidia panel. It worked instantly...now it is running stable 110-119fps without v-sync and cpu-temps were 65-77c and that is ok in my case. Thanks! huge help!
you can run this game on vulkan api right click on raceroom then properties there you can select starting options select the dxvk option
Yes, as mentioned here too, try Vulkan option. Cap frames to your monitors max rate. It helped me a lot. Especially the framerate cap through nvidia control panel and there remember to add both exes to use the profile. rre.exe and rre64.exe and start the game using dvxk mode. That is the Vulkan option..hopefully this helps, it did help me and I was having a bonfire in my computer with my processor temps.
