Pedals not working in game

Hello,

I am currently using a microsoft sidewinder force as a steering wheel and pedals. Unfortunately the pedals are not working in the current game. The computer I am using is recognising the pedals as the y for the acceleration and the z for the braking. Once in game the steering wheel, the buttons, and the gear shift all are working, but for the pedals they are not working. Does anyone have a solution for it?*

Solution? Just go into the key bindings and bind the pedals again.

This title is intermittent at best. One day? recognizes setup, zero change, next day totally doesn't know which way is up. Discouraging. I'm out. Forza H5 and Assetto Corsa work beautifully. Not even trying to look back. Uninstall. Remove from account. Later gator.

Well I did try that but all the buttons and steering wheels are working. But when I try to change the keybind of the acceleration the pedal does not give any input to the game

Same here with a Logitech Wingman GP Force, wheel is working, buttons are working but none of the pedals. Trying to bind them and the pedals give no repsonse, it just keeps waiting for ket or movement. (Running RaceRoom on Linux)

Go into the setings and make a duplicate of your device and than select it and asign the comands. That worked 4 me

I did a complete reinstall of Linux Mint 21.3, installed Steam and RaceRoom and lo and behold, everything seems to work...
