Installing Car Setups?

I have tried to install setups from the net and can't seem to get it right. What is the path and right way to do it?

Ok, I think it loaded it, but it loaded the setup with a change of the tire pressure. Do, I deleate that or save and over write it?

You can keep it till you copied the new/correct setup in that folder.
