Installing Car Setups?

I have tried to install setups from the net and can't seem to get it right. What is the path and right way to do it?

Car setups are stored in the documents folder. But be carefull with older setups, they don´t work as they should.

Right, what I am asking is the exact path, as they bdon't show up in the game under setups.

Yea, I tried that.Doesn't show up in the game.

because under car setups you need to have a folder for the respective track. so it is like this:
CarSetups\Nordschleife\24 Hours and there you put the svm file
and then when entering the 24 hours layout of nordschleife in that car you can see the setup

I think I tried that, but I will try it again. Never mind, I give up, too much time playing around with it.

my bet is you are naming the folders of the track and layout wrong :shrug: otherwise i don't know how this does not work

Just make a test set-up first, like I did in the video.

It;s Spa. How should the folder read? LOL

It is CarSetups\Spa-Francorchamps\Grand Prix or \Classic or \Combined

With a test setup, the folder will show up.

Ok, I will try it again. Do I make the test folder first or drop the setup in the setup folder first?

No

Go to the car setup and change the wing. If you save it, it will make a folder like in my video.

After that you will have the correct car/track folder
