I have the same problem, but it doesn't help for me...
The weird thing is, it works perfectly fine on ETS2; F1 2012,2014,2015 and 2017; Project Cars 2... So I'd think it is more a problem with RRRE than with the wheel or LGS....
Well it's strange that it doesn't work for you. I followed exactly the list below:
1) Uninstall Logitech Gaming Software
2) reboot the pc and install LGS
3) reboot again (LGS installer already tells you to reboot automatically)
4) once rebooted, plug in the usb cable of the wheel and start RRRE
This procedure should work also for you, at least try again.

This is a bug that RR coul resolve simply adding in menu of FF a voice to adjust the degrees manually Like in AAC.
But now I switched back to the T300 two years ago ahaha
