I'd start with stiff rear suspension and antirollbars. You can also try some rear biased brakes to get the backend to step out easier during braking.

The 1992 DTM Mustang drifts quite easily without altering the setup, in my experience.. the other one I have not yet purchased, so I don't know how to set that one up. You can try poking around on the front and rear camber for the DTM car.

Since I'm a bit of a noob on camber setups, I don't know whether to go for plus or minus values, but try maxing both in either direction until you are satisfied.

To me the best drift car is the Touring Classics Volvo (i know right). Set the diff power to 65% and set up a handbrake-button. Stiffer suspension and ARB's should also work nice.

A nice track to drift on is Hungaroring, has some interesting slidey corners. Raceroom is a /racing/ simulator though, so it doesn't have drift content.

In my personal expirience, the Nissan Skyline R32 (Touring Classics) is relatively easy to drift. You only have to stiffen the chassis and your good to go.
It goes sideways basicly by its self, you just have to keep it that way. I hope I could help.

Stiffer springs, stiffer roll bars and a more open power side or preload for differential.
