Game crashed (exception code 0xC0000017)

The game makes error after my purchase of cars GT 3, loads the track, and gives an error.
I read the forum in Steam, and tried to fix it, but it did not help: removing and installing the game and also increasing virtual memory.

A forum sector3 does not work.

My system
Intel Core 2 Duo E 8400
window 7 x32
4 GB memory
Video card GeForce 660 with 2 GB of memory
500 GB hard drive.

And one more question, I as a beginner do not know how to get a rank, tell me plz?
