Yerma didn't show up at the door of Two moon boss.

I have gotten the holy oil before I went to the Boss room. and Yerma didn't show up at the door of Two moon boss. The boss room door(the mirror) can't be open and make game stuck.

Could you please take a look through this guide to make sure that you are entering the room in the correct way - (warning: spoilers):

Please note: There's a quest item in Elevated Temples that she'll ask for - this will be the Holy Oil you already have. If you enter the boss room before getting this item, you will fail Yerma's side quest so please make sure you have it before hand :)

If you are still able to get into the room after checking all steps with this gameplay guide, please do let us know and we can investigate further.

I followed the neoseeker guide from the beginning. I accepted help every time. I believe I saw Yerma outside the boss room to Two Moons, but chose not to speak to her. Once the mirror was broken, she was no longer outside the room. I got the oil anyway in the hope she would re-appear, but no. I certainly had the oil before entering the boss room for the first time. I would say that the neoseeker guide should have mentioned the Yerma bit before entering the dark room with the crying girl. I could be mistaken though. Wish I could roll back my save to test it. Definitely saw Yerma somewhere and chose not to speak to her... could have been the case that I never saw her in two moons, but she did help me with Radames and Afilaor.

It happened the same to me, if this is "currently working as intended" is bad design, I chose "no" to help me because I wanted to give her the oil and I went to explore the rest of the dungeon, I encountered the black room and couldn't exit so I couldn't do anything but going forward, I found the woman and then Yerma is no longer in the entrance WHERE I DID NOT ENTER. I went to find the oil and encountered later because I explore (the thing that a player is supposed to do right?) the dungeons before entering bosses and I found her dead in the boss entrance where I told her not to enter. I guess I'm a bad player for doing what the npc wants right? haha uninstalled
