So... 32/33 cherubs...

Checked everything 2 times, rechecked 3 times using video guide, still have 32 out of 33.
Whats up with that?

Have you unlocked either the Steam achievement or in-game achievement at all for this but it's still showing only 32/33?

Same problem here. Played a mixture of Steam Deck and on PC. Earlier today I got the achievement for getting all the cherubs but in-game it is showing that I only have 32/33. I used a guide to double check and I know I got them all. Went back to each area and there is nothing there. Very disappointing if this means I can't get the cherub reward and true ending.

I have the same problem. I handed in a proper bug report through your website with screenshots of all the locations. The achievement didn't pop up for me either :(
