Stuck at 99% Map Completion

I have checked my map against multiple 100% Map images.. I've opened the father door for the true ending, I've used the broken key on the Fervor door, and I've done the cursed letter quest for the extra room at Mother of Mothers. I've done my best to splice together my map pieces (https://imgur.com/a/CreBJ00)... If someone could please help me, this is one of the last achievements I have left :(

I have the same problem... I have the impression that it is a bug in the Palace of the Embroideries where the checkpoint and the room with the teleport ... I use the little bell that detects the secret room and it rings incessantly but I couldn't find anything

I was in a similar situation, but when I created a new character to do the <30 min achievement when I returned to my primary save file the 100% map completion finally registered. I had also backed up my saves (copy/paste the entire save folder) and re-pasted around the same time. Who knows if any of that will work, but give it a shot.

Your map looks like mine and I can't think of any other "hidden" rooms than the ones that you've noted (Fervor, Cursed Letter, and Secret Ending).

I tried all of the above, and unfortunately nothing worked. I did notice that my file shows i have 7h played even though I'm well over the 30 hour mark now. I tried to validate my files through steam and even that didn't work.

I did, however, somehow manage to get the don't get hit achievement, on my new file, on the first boss, while getting hit..

Maybe there will be a patch and I can come back to it at another time. It seems there's more issues than just the map.

Have you gone back to the rooms you teleport to by giving the coins? There're 3 rooms, and you get 1, 2 and 3 marks from them. I was also losing my mind going through everywhere, but that was what I was missing to get the last marks.

Same here, I have all of the hidden rooms, checked all of the carriage locations, checked my map against the 100% map and lastly in a desperate attempt walked the entire map again making sure I went in every room and through every screen transition both ways. This really sucks.

Just got 100% on the map myself, fortunately just had to expose a couple areas in Crimson Rains by falling and one tiny little room that was clearly open and unexplored on the map.

If you've scoured your map and can't see any unexposed areas on big rooms or any open doors that you haven't gone through, then it's probably hidden rooms holding you up. There aren't many of them. If someone made a list of them it would make it easier to go through the game and find them.

Just an FYI you need the best ending to get 100%, that's when it unlocked for me. You can get 99.9% and ending B. You'll have to check guides on how to get it, because it contains some spoilers if you want to figure it out yourself. It's kind of arcane so I suggest you just look it up online.

If you're stuck equip the Secret Detecting item (bell).

Same to me too (map with 99%, game 99% too), and with the same problem that you in the Palace of the Embroideries, where the bell detects a secret room here. Also, the time of my saved was reseted when I started a new game to got the <30 min achievement. I'm surely that it is a bug.
I've checked the map with other 100% completed map, and I don't see any difference . I've done all quests and unlock all others achievements, except this.

Update: Sorry for my mental delay, but I have already found the place that I don't visited in the map. It was a teleport in the Severed Tower.

Now, I have all achievements :D

But it's certainly that in the zone that I showed you before, in the Palace of the Embroideries, the bell sounds; so, I don't know if it's a bug or a "secret area without developed" for the future DLC :)

Same problem here, got both endings but map stuck at %99. Will try to get the speed achivement like Ardnas, hopefully mine will be registered too.
