Map 100% bug

Map shows 100% in game, but im not getting the acvivement, I have all the other collection achivements, completed both ending i the same playthrough. Not sure what im missing. the only thing i can think of is if the altarpiece of favous count towards revealing the map achivement, i did ending A and four of those get burnt can that be it?

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with an achievement.

Can you please confirm if the achievement you're trying to unlock is Second Pilgrimage?
Have you been in all of the secret rooms?

Hello, yes it's the Second Pilgrimage achivement. I have checked a completed map and compared it to mine and everything checks out, no secret room is missed, and on the achivement it says 97/100, but like i said 100% in game.

I got the achivement when i went back to my first save. On that save the map would update on both steam and in game when i discovered rooms.
