Thanks for getting in touch with us - sorry to hear you're having issues with some of the audio in Blasphemous 2.
Would you be able to provide a video of this occurring in both of these locations so we can take a closer look?
You can either upload it here on Steam and provide us with the link, upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video and provide us with a link or alternatively, you can email it to us over here[team17.helpshift.com] using the chat in the bottom-left corner of the window and attaching it when prompted :)

After further testing, I've found that the Severed Tower music cut-out only occurs if the player has loaded in the Labyrinth of Tides area, then proceeded up the wax bridge. The music plays for the first room, then cuts out for all others. If you warp in to a Prie-Dieu, you can walk on the wax bridge, re-enter, and the music plays normally, but if you enter the LoT area and then backtrack, the bug will occur. Video link below.
