I have a problem with one quest

I just finished the game and am trying to get it 100 percent complete. However while I'm trying to get all the prayers I realize I don't have one that you get with the unfinished lullaby quest. I have one of the unfinished lullaby but as soon as I try to talk to the NPC who should give me the last prayer he doesn't talk to me and he doesn't take the last lullaby. How where to do it?

Can you just confirm you have collected all 5 pieces and returned to the mother with the child with them?
