A bug that doesn't seem to be fixed yet

I killed Benedicta Of The Endless Orison and then died because of her attack, and the death animation and Requiemæternam came out at the same time. But when I resurrected, the brightness stayed at the same level as it was in Requiemæternam, very dark, and the brightness returned to normal after restarting the game, but the animation after beating the boss and the items that should have been obtained were gone.

I guess it's stuck, just like this unfortunate guy on August 28th. It seems that update does not fix this bug and I think maybe I need to rereport it.

Hi team

The issue is still even with the DLC , do you have a workaround for this bug? I can't continue with the story because I didn't get the key.

I'm having the issue as well... I got hit by the projectile at the same time while killing her...
Please fix this, I can't continue my true torment because of that stupid collect all trophy....

I have come across this myself after killing the boss, I died from a projectile then I came back to just the cherub and elevator and no key, please fix this

+1, just ran into the same bug and it completely stalled my progress. Quitting the game until it's fixed. Playing on the PS5 for the record.

This is still happening at the end of 2024 and it's absolutely ridiculous that such a good game is affected by such a game stopping, easily reproducible bug. How have the devs at Game Kitchen not fixed this yet?????

I killed benedicta of the endless orison as she used her ghostly spheres attack. I was low hp so in the death animation I died. I returned to the save point outside her room and now I cannot fight her again. I do not have the key of the endless orison, and I have no where to pick it up.

How is this still occurring when it is such a severe bug??
