Medardo and Escolástico missing
Hi, I have a problem. I need to buy the sixth wax seed at Severed Tower / Repose of the Silent One shortcut and the figure at Crimson Rains, but they're stuck at the bottom of Elevated Temples, with nothing to sell. Am I the only one with this issue? I don't want to go forward to the final boss before completing that.

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

We're sorry to hear you have had a problem with the Wax Seed.

The only two seeds the require money to collect are as follows:

The first Wax Seed is obtained via the Merchant in the City of the Blessed Name and is available for a staggering price of 12000 Tears of Atonement. If you don't have the funds for it now, save up and return later!

The third Wax Seed is another easy one but will require you to pull out your wallet once more, this time to fill the Traveling Merchant's pockets. To get this Wax Seed, you must speak to the Traveling Merchant when they're in the Repose of the Silent One or the Crimson Rains regions.

If you miss them in the Repose of the Silent One area, they will permanently reside in the Crimson Rains, so this will always be available to you. Nonetheless, you will have to purchase it for 6000 Tears of Atonement, which seems like a deal compared to the previous transaction!

Can you please just confirm which one you are trying to buy and if you can send us a video of you trying to buy it and the game not letting you? Once we have this, we will pass it on to the team for them to look into.

You can see I don't have the Jaloche figure, so they should appear at Crimson Rains or Repose of the Silent one. Instead, the merchant is stuck at Elevated Temples. https://youtu.be/aG1eCABnzs0
