Mis problemas son los siguientes...

En determinadas ocasiones mi mando (xbox series x) falla en algunos botones, me explico; la cruceta direccional solo me va de izquierda a derecha, cuando intento grabar no puedo porque no me funciona si presiono arriba, y los botones RB, RT, LB y LT quedan completamente inservibles, sumando el boton X y el boton B. Creía que era mi mando pues e intentado jugarlo a teclado y me pasa exactamente lo mismo, fallan los mismos botones. He probado otros juegos y no me pasa, solo con este. Y el otro fallo que me ocurre es en determinadas ocasiones, que los enemigos se congelan al matarlos. Espero de verdad arreglen estos fallitos, pues no se a sacado ningún parchesito desde que salio este maravilloso videojuego.

We are sorry to hear you have had a problem with the controls not working.

Firstly, please unplug your controller. Then attempt the following:

1. Launch the Steam client
   
2. Click Steam in the top-left of the client > Settings > Controller and make sure the  'Enable Steam input for "Playstation/Xbox/Switch Pro/Generic" options etc are all toggled on as needed.
   
3. Then simply plug your controller back in and retest the game

Please make sure your Input Controller Settings are set correctly also, these steps are the same but in two different areas - we like to check that both are enabled to be sure:

1. Launch the Steam client and select View in the top-left of the client and select Big Picture Mode
   
2. Go to Settings in the top-right of Big Picture Mode > select the Controller tab on the left-hand panel and make sure the  'Enable Steam input for "Playstation/Xbox/Switch Pro/Generic" options etc are all toggled on as needed.

Once you have done this please retest the game to see if the problem continues.
