DLC altar piece?

I'm on my first play through and I've gotten the DLC. I'm missing one rosary bead and 2 altar piece figures.

for the altar pieces I know 1 of them is at the very end , so the one i'm missing and can't figure out how to get is between the beatified and gregal. I cannot find any information on it anywhere. i'm pulling my hair out.

If it's Aide, it's located to the left of the Traitor prie dieu by couple rooms left and up.
