Current version and launch version - Is B2 worth of replay?

I remember launch version as a game which had definitely less issues than original Blasphemous. There were no problems with gamepads, not such user unfriendly lowres font as in original (trolling one, describing items in few words and yet you had to scroll miniwindows to be able see whole text. Just WTF) and no more ugly hardcore platforming bonus levels.
Overaly, I enjoyed sequel more, but soundtrack was worse for unknown reason and last few bosses were much easier than all others, odd, but at least you shouldnt stress so much.

Its a long time when I finished game just few days after launch using an unofficial sources aka torrent shopping. Anyway, I finaly have true official Steam key and want to know one thing.

Can I find some new content now in standard version? Some new bosses, enemies, areas or so? I know theres some new DLC for money, but im not sure its worth of 12 bucks atm. But free content? Is there something making game worth of replay and dont make me cry like a ghost lady boss (many times harder than anything else in B1) in original?

Im not so sure about that as you.

I just imported my old save from "Rune release 1.0.5" right before final boss with cleared 99% of map. Now game says its only 87% of map and from quick checking of map I can see at least five paths in corners of map into unknow locations which werent there for sure in the old version.
