So, I was at 23/31 before I beat it with EDIT: 5/8 (originally put 4/7, my bad, thought there was only 7 total, sorry) NG+ conditions active, which gave me 4 figures and 2 spells, putting me up to 29/31. It looks like there's still space for 2 more figures in the 5th figure screen. If I had beaten it with all 8 conditions, I wonder, would it give me the ones I need? Or, can I do that on a different save, with the other 3 conditions, perhaps? Because after you complete NG+, there's no "NG++", the option, instead of ascend, is "reset". This is really kind of stupid, why even get these figures at the very very end when there's nothing else to do? They should allow us to NG++ or something... in general, a lot of the DLC stuff feels a little pointless because you get this stuff near the very end or at the very end, so you have almost nothing to use it on.

All this talk that beating it with NG+ conditions doesn't affect it is incorrect... and about the gold nuggets, seems to most likely be nonsense, but, I dunno for sure. If there is a way to get it by getting gold nuggets one by one as people claim, THAT seems more like the bug, and not the other way around. Since, I got 15 gold nuggets at once before turning them in, and turned the others in in 2s and 1s.

Has anyone completed NG+ with ALL 7 conditions active from the start of the game, NEVER turning them off?

I wonder if I start a new NG+ on my clear save (pre-NG+) and activate those 3 conditions, if I will get 2 more figures, and that will unlock it, perhaps? Or if it has to be done on the same run (ugh, I hope not)?

If the devs could weigh in, that would be nice. But, almost every single thing that people have confidently stated in the forums here has turned out to be wrong.

EDIT: people have said that they did all 8 NG+ conditions and they only got 6 rewards as well, so, that's probably not it. It's probably just bugged for most people, and we have to wait for an update...

EDIT 2: I was missing 1 rosary bead, however, the counter is now 30/31, and the save file is 100%, I don't think there's anything else for me to find...

On reddit couple of guys beat NG+ with all torment conditions but got only 6 items. No one knows where is the last one.

Right, but nobody can seem to do it, and most think it's bugged. I have every item that I know of, but there might be some super secret stuff nobody has found, or something, dunno. There's also way more than 31 items/figures/spells/etc in the game, but only some count, and most do seem to be the stuff that they added, not old stuff.

Ok, I was thinking that might be the case, because adding more than 4 conditions didn't change the skull/retribution thing on the right anymore, so I figured that was the most rewards you could get. Hmm, I wonder what else there is

I just got the achievement after I bought the debla of the light spell, which isn't a dlc item, have you done the golden flask quest?

Really? Huh. Yeah, I've done everything (I think) except the annoying quest where you use the bell chime to find all the infinity symbols hidden around the map, because the reward is just tears of atonement, and when I did the first 3 symbols, it never counted up, so I figured that's not part of it. I know it's not all new items, because the sealed letter quest reward (leap of faith achievement) also counted as one of the items, and that was in the base game.

It's probably just bugged for most people, and we have to wait for an update.

Why not give this quest a try? I did because I lost a lot tears with the penances. Is your save file 100%? The only thing a heard that was bugged was the gold lump quest, if you got the two rewards then it might something in the vanilla game

Well, because it doesn't give an item. I'll do it anyway just to be sure, but I don't think it has anything to do with it.

I've seen no evidence collecting the gold does anything, I didn't see the counter count up from it. I think people are mistaken. Or maybe there is a bug where if you keep turning them in one by one it counts it up, I dunno.

I did the symbol quest but no change. However, I did realize I missed a rosary bead, and the counter ticked up to 30/31 when I found it.... but now the save is 100% complete. Don't think there's anything else.... unless burning the figures for the incense grants a counter tick, but completing the game on NG+ with ending A gave me the incense, and I cannot burn the figures now.

I ask because I have all 44 figures (or at least the figures screen doesn't show any more silhouettes of ones I'm still missing), but have not touched NG+ at all, so are they new ones?

I'm stuck at 99% on the save file screen and have 23/31 items according to the trophy progression of consummate collector. I have 100% map completion, 33/33 cherubs, got all endings, upgraded all the weapons fully, I believe I have all the prayers and quick chants (12 for each, though I imagine beating NG+ conditions gives you new prayers; since you mentioned getting prayers after beating NG+ can you confirm this?), also believe I have all rosary beads (32 total), did the letter sidequest, the lullaby one, killed the prisoner, activated all the hidden symbols, got the golden bile flask.

Oh, and I should mention that one of the figures I got was from handing in gold lumps. I don't know how many I handed in as I didn't wait to have all of them at once, but first I got the 'traitor's gaze' rosary bead and then after handing in some more I got 'the liberated' figure.

I can't think of what else I could be missing to get that 100% on the file screen though.

There should be 33 rosary beads, I was missing one in Mother of Mothers (the weakest fire defense one) before I went back and got it

Yeah, beating it on NG+ with 4 conditions active (which was maximum "retribution" or whatever, added more didn't bling out the skull anymore) gave me 4 figures and 2 spells

You know funnily enough I was missing that exact same rosary bead, so thanks for the heads up! Now my save file is at 100% and the trophy progression says 24/31 items.

I don't have a single one of those figures, so they are indeed new and exclusive to NG+ rewards. Although if you got six items from completing NG+ then that still only leaves it at 30/31. I wonder what that final item could be?
