This is one of the songs of the third ending. However, it cannot be found in the official album. Maybe it is because its composer is Sara Lopez Productions instead of Carlos Viola. After finishing the game today I am impressed by this melancholy and beautiful song. Luckily, Sara Lopez Production uploaded it to YT so we don't need to play the credits to listen it.
