Questions about dlc

One, how early do you aquire the mea culpa? Two, what exactly is ng+? I've heard you don't keep anything, is it just harder?

Also, what about retribution rewards? I noticed that the level LOOKS fully decked out with 2 choices unselected, does that mean I will get the same rewards as if I had them all selected, or do I still get more "rewards" for selecting all of them?

Mea Culpa is in the Village left of the map, you can own that after defeat a boss in that area. It is a long parkour, you have to go to some other area's first on the right of the map.

NG+ is not NG+ but hard mode, You will lose everything if you start hard mode. On the map there will be some open gabs, like in the streets, that is where the dlc begins, but you need a key to enter, you have if you buy the dlc. How further you go in the dlc how more gabs on maps will show, because of the ability you get you can reach those area's now.
