Consumate Collector??

before i explain i have 100% Blasphemous 2 before the dlc dropped so i shouldn't be missing any of those items in case those count. I'm missing 9 items but I'm lost as to where any of these items are. ive found all the DLC prayers, 5 new rosary beads and a few altarpieces. I know im missing 2 altarpieces and some amount of gold lumps which will get me one of those altarpieces but i just have a hard time believing that im missing 8 gold lumps because ive collected a good amount ( ive havent kept track of how many ive gotten unfortunately ). I also dont know if all of these "items" for this achievement are only in the new/DLC areas or not. If anyone could help me out even if its with 1 item that be helpful.

I know that sparing the prisoner will give you an altarpiece, while killing him will give you a rosary bead. I have no idea if it's possible to get both in one playthrough, because NG+ doesn't let you keep your stuff, and I don't know if there's an alternate way to get either thing.

Edit: maybe the last few items are the rewards for NG+?

I've found a mysterious item at Glacial Mausoleum, in one of the little graves. It's called ''Imperfectus Lacrimatorio'' and all of it's words in the description are in Latin. I uploaded at Imgur: https://imgur.com/a/oBAtYda

How/where did you found it ? I'm trying to figure what's going on with the graves

Theres 8 new modifiers for difficulty in NG+. Those are most likely gonna give you an item each, for each time you beat the game with said modifier on.

The gold items that you collect for the tree thingy are the ones missing. There is a bug that when you pick a new one in the stack, it doesn't recognise it as a new item. So you must pick one and deliver it immediately to the tree, then pick the next one and so on.

damnit im assuming that means i need to start a new playthrough then because i also found out ive picked up all 20 gold pieces
