Radames is probably the toughest of the three, but only because his wall-slam attack can be tricky to avoid in phase 2. You can ask the NPC to help you against him, and when she shows up she does an absolute trainload of damage to him. He also can't switch phases while in the animation of an attack, so if you happen to drop the fire-line prayer on top of him while he's starting an attack animation, he can easily be at 20% or less before he even enters phase 2, making him very easy to finish off.
Orospina died so fast that I was genuinely shocked there wasn't another phase coming, but she *does* require either being able to time parries well (and to have the counterattack unlocked, if you are using the rapier), or be precise with your jumping if you are using the hammer. If you have those timings down, she's literally easier than many of the "challenge rooms" IMO.
