Proper walkthrough?

I wasn't expecting this game to be so difficult. I've killed the first 3 bosses and reached the elevated temples and I still don't have a rosary bead, health or mana upgrade. The difficulty spike in elevated temples is insane, mobs take half my hp with one hit and it takes alot of hits to kill them, so I'm looking for a walkthrough of the game, at least the first 3 or 4 hours so I can get a decent foothold.

Explore more areas instead of beelining for bosses. There are a lot of items in early areas that only accessable when you have all the 3 weapons, so might be a good idea to go back where you started and pick things you missed.

Personally i would recommend scrubbing after you get double jump, because it give more options and just makes exploring easier.

Yeah I mean I need the walkthrough to find where double jump is :p

For double jump go all the way down under the mother of mothers. There is a vertical location there with a boss - Afilaor, Sentinel Of The Emery. Double jump is after that boss.
