Unfinished lullaby disappeared/not working
When i got the fifth lullaby all if the other ones disappeared from my inventory and i now only have 1. Its not the super special one im supposed to get its a regular unfinished lullaby but now i only have 1. The mother wont accept it either. This happen to anyone else? I only noticed this when it was too late, im almost done with the game by now so i cant just quit and hope it didnt save

Pretty sure they are not picked up as separate items. They are added to "unfinished lullaby item" when you check Lore on it.
When you have all verses it becomes Mother's lullaby
